Job Description

As a blended agent, you'll be cross-trained to support multiple clients, handling inbound calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer service needs. You'll follow a guided process, logging each call in arenaflex's reputed company reputed company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple accounts

• Gathering and verifying caller information and documenting it inside the appropriate system
• De-escalating situations with upset customers and providing exceptional customer service
• Multitasking and navigating through multiple systems with your computer

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Customer service experience, preferably in a high call volume environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

• Previous call center experience
• Previous experience working remotely
• Basic technical support experience

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

• Be available to train on weekdays
• Attend training sessions during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
• Have reputed company availability 24/7 to work shifts inside arenaflex's hours of operation
• Have a quiet reputed company to work at home with a locked reputed company to prevent background noise

Compensation and Benefits
