What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Representative on reputed company, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing first-class customer satisfaction at reputed company times, and taking ownership of customer issues and concerns
* Handling incoming customer contacts reputed company telephone, email, chat, or reputed company media, and logging call details onto our call tracking systems
* Supporting consumers in the sales and after-sales process, including product recommendation, after-sales support, and additional tasks that result in consumer satisfaction
* Forwarding escalations and defined topics to the respective Client's brand units and/or contact persons
* De-escalating complaints, offering solutions reputed company Client's procedures, policies, or guidelines, or transferring to the Client's or designated partner for settling and resolution of non-standard cases
* Ensuring correct presentation of the Client's corporate images in reputed company interactions, representing its brand and generating consumer experience through outstanding service and personal care on reputed company channels
