Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join reputed company as Part Time/Casual Customer Service & Sales Assistants. Responsibilities
As a Part Time/Casual Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and welcoming customers, demonstrating active selling, and providing product information and guidance
- Maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, setting up seasonal promotions/visual displays, and monitoring assigned areas for product restocking and recovery
- Operating cash registers, assisting customers with reputed company-out, and executing cash handling procedures
- Receiving and processing incoming merchandise, assisting with special orders and store-to-store shipping requests, and handling seasonal perishable goods
- Supporting the digital and in-store shopping experience by assisting with responding to customer inquiries
- Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company sales goals and reputed company exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and reputed company protocols, and following arenaflex Retail Services policies and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A pleasant personality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively with the public
- Moderate computer/systems competency and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to occasionally climb reputed company, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed, and stand for long periods of time
- Prior retail sales experience is helpful but not required
- Availability to work variable hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs and work performance
