Position Description
We're seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associates to join reputed company on a full-time or part-time reputed company. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
- Utilizing your excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and reputed company personalized support
- Working with a variety of clients across different industries, including appointment scheduling, insurance reputed company qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of our clients' products and services, as well as reputed company's policies and procedures
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer issues and reputed company exceptional support
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Own a computer at home (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook)
