Position Description

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join reputed company as At-Home Contact Center Specialists. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your tasks will include:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services
• Scheduling appointments
