As a remote position, you'll handle incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also reputed company as 988. Job Summary

As a Crisis Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments. You'll answer crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources to best meet individual needs. You'll also conduct follow-up calls for individuals who are deemed moderate to high risk for suicide. Your role will be to ensure that individuals receive the support they need to stay safe and healthy.

Key Responsibilities

* Provides telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments

• Answers crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources
• Conducts follow-up calls for individuals who are deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
• Meets the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation
• Actively participates in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings
• Assists in administrative tasks as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education and Experience
