What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, from helping them shop for their new pet to problem-solving reputed company something doesn't go as planned.
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively, and setting follow-reputed company as needed to ensure contact resolution.

What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
