What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily reputed company inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
