Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for scrubbing, researching, and validating provider contract records, as well as updating status in customer systems. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions, while applying your knowledge of reputed company and insurance domain concepts to identify potential problems and discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
* Scrub, research, and validate provider contract records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Update status in customer systems to reflect changes and updates
- Research and install reputed company provider reputed company, including verification of provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading
- Retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents
- Analyze information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Apply reputed company and insurance domain knowledge to undertake problem-solving and identify potential solutions
- Identify and resolve both routine and non-routine problems or escalate to more proficient team members

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year(s) of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a professional/office-reputed company environment (i.e., office support, data entry, clerical, customer service) that required you to work regularly scheduled shifts
- 1+ year(s) of experience using a computer with reputed company applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate multiple screens and computer systems, and learn new software tools
- An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED

* Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in a professional/office setting
