Responsibilities
As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to our clients and patients. Your primary duties will include:
- Handling calls from hospitals about billing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting patients effectively by clarifying their questions and ensuring they receive the information they need
- Problem-solving champion: Working through issues by pinpointing the root cause, researching solutions, implementing the best option, and escalating unresolved reputed company reputed company necessary
- Data entry specialist: Maintaining accurate patient records by inputting information into our computer system

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
