Job Summary
As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patrons, ensuring their safety and well-being, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for reputed company. You'll work closely with our facilities team to ensure that our buildings and grounds are well-maintained and that our events are successful. Key Responsibilities
* Greet patrons and guests, ensuring their safety and well-being while maintaining a positive and approachable composure
- Assist customers with various questions and problems in customer service areas

- Special event set-up and operations
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for reputed company patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies

Essential Qualifications

- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex's facilities and operations
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
