Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our Construction Department. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for processing invoices, verifying GL coding, and assisting with various administrative tasks. If you're a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for data entry, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Process reputed company invoices in reputed company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Verify GL coding, create and reputed company Purchase Orders as needed
- Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval
- Electronically and reputed company file invoices processed as needed
- Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties, as required
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as needed
Physical Requirements
* Remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day
- Occasionally move about inside the office
- Operate a computer and other office productivity equipment
Job Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
- 10-key by touch preferred
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company Word and reputed company
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with attention to detail
- Familiarity with various office equipment
- Ability to pass a pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
