What You'll Do:
As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering top-notch customer service through email and live chat interactions, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported
- Mastering our internal management system to reputed company process sales orders and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Collaborating with teammates, management, and other departments using our internal communication software to drive seamless communication and teamwork
- Identifying opportunities to optimize customer experiences and developing creative solutions to address even the smallest pain points

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

- Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season

- Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
