Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Office Clerk/Data Entry professional to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations support team, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day data entry transactions, performing office clerical duties, and compiling reports. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As an Office Clerk/Data Entry professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering daily work orders into our systems
- Assembling and reconciling reports
- Performing filing, copying, faxing, and other clerical duties
- Maintaining excellent communication with various departments
- Utilizing reputed company Office applications, including reputed company, Outlook, and Word
- Other duties as assigned by management
Experience and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment
- 1 year of office clerk experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with industry software and reputed company Office applications
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with industry software and applications
