Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager of Customer & Performance Data Solutions, you'll be responsible for:

• Leadership & Management: reputed company and mentor reputed company of data engineers and QA specialists, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Data Strategy & Planning: reputed company and implement strategies for data ingestion, enhancement, and utilization, collaborating with stakeholders to identify data needs and prioritize projects.
• Data Management: Ensure seamless data collection and harmonization tailored for performance reporting, overseeing the development and maintenance of data acquisition pipelines, ETL processes, and data storage solutions.
• Project Execution: Manage and execute projects reputed company to data solutions requests, collaborating with reputed company teams to assess and scope data needs to meet business needs.
• Innovation & Improvement: Explore and implement new data analytics solutions and platforms to support data democratization across the department, building data products for marketing-specific use-cases and business needs.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in managing technical teams and projects
• 4+ years of experience leading an Engineering team familiar with large reputed company environments, Big Data technologies
• 10+ years of development experience in reputed company, reputed company, SQL, Python
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven experience in leading and managing data engineering teams
• Verified track record of designing and implementing data platform migrations
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company projects while delivering quality releases on schedule
• Deep knowledge of traditional data warehousing (models, practices, and processes), reputed company-based data warehouses, data lakes, and data streaming
• Exceptional system design abilities, including high-scale ETL/ELT pipelines including leveraging Python
