Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company customer service professionals to join our remote call center team as Clinical Customer Service Representatives. As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members by responding to their inquiries and providing information regarding reputed company aspects of their association with arenaflex. This is a full-time and part-time regular employee position, with the potential for career growth and advancement.
Responsibilities
As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner

- Look up member information using proprietary arenaflex systems and reputed company information to the caller
- reputed company logs requiring further research to the appropriate department
- Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more reputed company issue (claims, authorizations, etc.)

Qualifications
To be successful as a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

Compensation and Benefits
