As an IT Operations Manager at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in leading our AWS IT Services Support team, which provides highly-available IT support for arenaflex employees worldwide. You will be responsible for managing local and/or remote resources, assisting the global organization in defining the perfect customer experience, and owning the strategies to create that experience. Key Responsibilities:
