Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our TRICARE Support Consultant team. As a key member of this team, you'll reputed company exceptional customer service to beneficiaries, family members, military personnel, and medical providers. You'll assist with navigating and answering TRICARE program benefit questions, updating beneficiary demographics, performing enrollments, and resolving reputed company or escalated concerns.

Key Responsibilities

* reputed company customer service for basic and routine inquiries and problems reputed company multiple channels (telephone, emails, web chats, or written letters)

  • Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting

  • Ensure incoming communications are answered promptly, appropriately, and courteously

  • Retrieve, research, and analyze data from multiple databases to answer client concerns

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience

  • Proficient with computer, including reputed company Office Suite, internet, and multi-tasking between multiple screens and programs

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in delivering excellent customer service in a high-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships

Benefits and Compensation

* Hourly reputed company pay minimum: $18.75

  • Pay transparency: arenaflex will pay the prevailing wage reputed company for the location in which the employee is working, as determined by the reputed company
