Your Role at arenaflex

As a reputed company Associate on our Borrower reputed company Team, you'll play a vital role in helping student loan borrowers navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first reputed company of contact for our users. This is a remote, full-time, contractor role for up to 5 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs. Key Responsibilities:

* Understand arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs

• Engage with borrowers reputed company email and live chat, providing empathetic and clear support
• Review and submit applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Proactively suggest and implement reputed company and automations to scale the team and improve processes

• Bring user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings

Reporting Structure:
