The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure that their expectations are met and exceeded. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of customer calls and requests, and be responsible for adapting to changing guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
• Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
• Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers
• Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
• Adapting to changing guidelines and procedures, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support
• Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
• Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school graduate or equivalent
• A minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
