Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and reputed company Media Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing our reputed company media channels, and building strong relationships with our online community. Your key responsibilities will include:

Sales/Customer Service:

+ Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally reputed company various channels (email, phone, reputed company media) + Help customers book or cancel appointments + Collect customers' feedback from on/off line channels on a daily reputed company and enter feedback into our database and update it accordingly + Courteously and promptly resolve patient concerns or refer to appropriate personnel + Resolve customer issues reputed company and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction + reputed company accurate information and guidance to customers + Escalate reputed company issues to appropriate team members + reputed company miscellaneous maintenance duties as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience:

You must be fluent in English.
