Job Summary:
As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing daily technical support for network infrastructure and desktop systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades. You'll work closely with clients to resolve technical issues, reputed company training and guidance on the use of computer equipment and software, and ensure the reputed company and reputed company of our systems. Key Responsibilities:
