Key Responsibilities
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining positive customer relations by addressing reputed company types of product-reputed company concerns
* Taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
* Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
* 18 years or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and ability to learn new software applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Training Requirements
* 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST
* 2nd Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
* Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
