Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices, providing support and assistance to help them navigate our reputed company services. Key Responsibilities
* Receive and respond to incoming calls and emails from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner, escalating reputed company issues to the appropriate team member
- Adhere to and reinforce arenaflex's standard operating procedures and training guidelines, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- 1 Year of Customer Service Experience: Required
- Eligibility to Work in the United States: Must be eligible to work in the US without the need for a work reputed company or residency sponsorship
- Strong PC Skills: Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
