About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
