Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing a positive experience for our members through telephone and email interactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customer inquiries are handled reputed company, effectively, and with a high level of professionalism. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a high level of reputed company while interacting with members, representatives, and management

- Proficiency in working multiple subordinate tasks

Essential Qualifications
* Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills
