Responsibilities

As a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to connect with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns. You'll also be responsible for:

• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
