Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and effective.
  • Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account reputed company, and escalating reputed company issues to higher-level support reputed company necessary.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Schedule

Our part-time schedule is designed to fit around your life, with reputed company that accommodate your needs. You'll work:

  • Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or reputed company)

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
