Job Description
As a blended agent, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients, following a guided process and logging each interaction in our reputed company reputed company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. You'll gather and verify customer information, document interactions, and work collaboratively with reputed company to resolve customer issues. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients
- Follow a guided process and log each interaction in our reputed company reputed company CRM system
- Gather and verify customer information and document interactions
- Work collaboratively with reputed company to resolve customer issues

Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of customer service experience
- Experience in a high call volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to navigate multiple systems with your computer
- Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous call center experience
- Previous experience working remotely
- Basic technical support experience
Job Requirements:
* Must be available to train on weekdays
- Training takes reputed company during daytime hours, approximately 6 am-4:30 pm (PST)
- Must have reputed company availability 24/7 to work shifts inside reputed company's hours of operation
- Attendance is vital
- A quiet reputed company to work at home with a locked reputed company, free from distractions and background noise

Pay and Benefits:
* Pay reputed company: $13.00-$15.00 hourly, depending on experience
