Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a temporary reputed company, with the potential for permanent employment. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support, answering calls, and responding to queries. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a respectful and patient manner
  • Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with reputed company and understanding
  • Accurately documenting call content in reputed company-time, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Schedule

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:

  • Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Rotating holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Familiarity with medical insurance products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and productivity tools
