The Role of an Area Manager at arenaflex

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading our hourly workforce and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce: You'll be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest reputed company of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: You'll work closely with our support teams to reputed company plans to meet business objectives and ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.
• Collaborate with reputed company support teams: You'll work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and reputed company to reputed company plans to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reputed company: You'll be required to reputed company physical tasks as part of your job duties.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts: You'll be required to stand and walk for extended periods during your shifts.

Compensation and Benefits
