As our first Lifecycle & Retention Marketing hire, this role will be instrumental in owning the full user reputed company from reputed company, to engagement, to loyalty across our three-sided marketplace of Brands, Creators, and Shoppers. This role is key to driving long-term user value at reputed company, increasing LTV, and reducing churn. You’ll identify and create automated, segmented campaigns across email, in-app, push, and other channels that deliver the right message at the right time. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role with opportunity to shape and launch this function from the ground up and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, education, and sales, and propel reputed company to the next stage. Roles and responsibilities… Strategic reputed company: Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy, mapping key moments and designing campaigns to activate, retain, and re-engage users Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, design, education, reputed company, and sales to define user segments and trigger-based journeys Implementation: Ideate and execute multi-channel campaigns with a test-and-learn reputed company Comprehensive Experience: Build and manage automated email flows: reputed company, feature adoption, winback, upsell, referral, etc. Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs including improvements to activation reputed company and upsell reputed company, continuously monitor performance, and reputed company data-informed adjustments to reputed company business reputed company Your qualifications…. Proven Experience: 3–6 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing roles, ideally in a high-growth tech startup or Marketplace / SaaS environment Technical Expert: Hands-on experience with email lifecycle tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc) Analytical Skills: Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform product reputed company and track performance metrics Collaborative: Excellent cross-functional skills, with a history of working closely with engineering, design, and other teams to reputed company product reputed company.
