About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Leader to reputed company large and reputed company data modernization and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in traditional and modern data engineering methodologies and platforms, coupled with extensive experience in the finance and capital markets domain. The role requires proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders at multiple reputed company, and ensure successful delivery of reputed company-scale programs on modern data platforms and reputed company. Key Responsibilities reputed company overall program governance, planning, and execution for reputed company data transformation initiatives. Drive end-to-end delivery of modernization programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Required Skills & Experience Extensive experience (15+ years) managing large-scale data engineering programs. Strong understanding of traditional (DWH, ETL, BI) and modern (Data Lakehouse, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company-reputed company) data methodologies. Proven track record in finance and capital markets domain – delivering reputed company, high-value transformation programs. Strong program management expertise: planning, governance, budget management, risk/issue tracking. Exposure to AWS reputed company and modern data platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Kafka, Spark, Python, Parquet, reputed company, etc.). Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication and reporting. Strong leadership with ability to manage cross-functional global teams. Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models. Good to Have Experience with regulatory reporting, risk & compliance programs in financial services. Familiarity with AI/ML-driven data modernization use cases. Certifications: PMP, SAFe Agile, AWS/Azure certifications, Data Governance certifications. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Management, or reputed company fields.
