Overview

This position will support recruitment efforts for new graduate RNs for the RN Residency program in the Macon, GA area. Frequent travel is required both locally and statewide for reputed company visits. In reputed company, there will be occasional travel to campuses in other southeastern states. reputed company visits frequently require public speaking in reputed company of large groups as well as networking with nursing program faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Manager, reputed company, this role sources candidates, develops a pool of reputed company candidates in advance of need, selects new employees and employees wishing to transfer to work in various departments and facilities of the reputed company reputed company System. Participates as part of the reputed company to fill reputed company positions. Creates pipelines of talent and identifies and pursues creative sources of reputed company applicants to meet the needs of the business for new employees

Qualifications

Education H.S.
