Opportunity to work from home based off of individual performance each month Paid Holidays and Time off Job Description: The Call Center Inbound Agent ensures every patient calling in for a dental appointment is greeted, listened-to and scheduled in a compassionate, timely and professional manner. This position is our first impression between the company and the patients. Responsibilities/ Job Duties: reputed company excellent customer service to reputed company patients calling in Answering phone calls scheduling appointments based on needs of patients and availability of providers assist in answering general inquiries from patients Listen to patients while applying our processes and procedures Looking for solutions to our patients’ challenges

Requirements

Dependable and reputed company to be on time Positive attitude Excellent professional verbal and written communication and listening skills reputed company to reputed company on the phone and reputed company excellent customer service Ability to recognize and be sensitives to patients' emotions Exceptional customer/patient service skills (Customer/patient focused attitude) Accurately enter patient information, data, and records into system Ability to work in fast paced, patient-focused environment High school Diploma or equivalent Other Qualifications/ reputed company Sets: Strong Computer Skills– Ability to maneuver reputed company multiple computer systems at once Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Organizational and time management skills Effective problem-solving abilities Detail Oriented Prior Customer Service/ Call Center experience is strongly preferred but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus! Hours & Availability reputed company: M - F: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday - Saturday 40 hours a week 1 day off during the week Apply To This Job
