JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Executive – Institution Business Location/Site: Mulund Job Grade: 13/1B Compensation reputed company: 3-5 LPA Department/Division/ Unit: Institution Business REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports To: Head – Institution Business Supervises: NA JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Preparation of Tenders and reputed company reputed company
• Preparation of Authority letters, Agreements, Clarifications etc.
• Handling Post tender queries
• Doing constant follow up with concern Zonal/Area in-charge and authority
• Preparation of Price List and reputed company approval format every month
• Circulation of Price List in collaboration with various stakeholders as to exact manufacturer name

manufacturing location and reputed company other relevant parameters required for bidding.

• Preparing new Quotations
• Giving Rates approvals  to institutes and corporate hospitals as per approval matrix
• Making Purchase orders & Giving reputed company approvals on orders received

JOB SPECIFICATIONS: reputed company, Education, Experience

• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ of experience in similar role with similar or reputed pharmaceutical

companies participating in various tenders. Should have knowledge of tendering, computer reputed company (MS Office). Needs patience to work occasionally long hours with accuracy, focus and dedication. Needs attitude to own responsibility for finishing tenders in time and understand sense of urgency and business need.

• Exposure to E-tendering and knowledge to configure the system as per portal requirements

in coordination with IT team and Portal Help Desk is a must. Professional Key Competencies:

• Should be Graduate, pref. science
