The Associate Data/EDI Architect (reputed company) will be responsible for key operational aspects for the National Employee Benefits Technology (EBTech) Department. A key area of focus for the reputed company will be working with the configuration teams (data/EDI and implementation architects), typically on low to moderate complexity customers. This includes mentoring of less reputed company teammates to guide them in reputed company process improvement and meeting quality expectations and production deadlines. In addition, the reputed company will play a key role in addressing technical inquiries across EBTech’s benefits administration software platforms. You will use your system development knowledge, health and welfare expertise and project management experience in implementing new customers and expanding reputed company customer relationships. Skills and Experience to be Successful: 4-8 years of applicable professional experience, with 3-5 years of applicable software industry experience Intermediate understanding of employee benefits programs and implementation requirements. Intermediate knowledge of benefits administration software implementation, ideally obtained through a service provider or mid to large market reseller Proficient with MS Office Suite. Exceptional/professional presentation skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Licensure in Life and Health Insurance or the ability to obtain producers license reputed company one year of employment.
