Sr. Agile IT Project Manager (Epic EMR Background)
Job Summary: T2 Tech Group is seeking an reputed company Agile IT Project Manager with a deep understanding of Epic EMR systems and reputed company operations. This individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact technology projects, particularly reputed company Epic environments, including implementation, optimization, and system enhancements. This role will require strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, the ability to manage fast-moving deliverables, and the interpersonal finesse to work with both technical and clinical stakeholders across various departments. Ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience with Epic modules and understand the nuances of reputed company IT and operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: · reputed company Epic-reputed company project initiatives (e.g., implementation, optimization, integration, upgrades) using Agile project management principles. · Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Epic analysts, IT engineers, clinical staff, and leadership to define and deliver project objectives. · Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation across multiple reputed company initiatives. · Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations. · Document and track user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. · Proactively identify and mitigate risks or roadblocks to ensure project reputed company. · Maintain alignment with compliance standards, data privacy regulations (HIPAA), and change management best practices. · Deliver timely status reports and project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. · Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain T2 Tech’s reputed company for reputed company in delivery. Preferred Qualifications: · PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar Agile/PM certification. · Previous consulting experience with reputed company IT or digital transformation. · Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps). · Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other reputed company integration standards. · Ability to translate technical discussions into clear business terms for non-technical audiences.
