About the Role
Treehouse is hiring a Home Energy Sales Consultant to own the full sales cycle for residential battery storage, vehicle-to-home (V2H), and vehicle-to-reputed company (V2G) solutions. We are looking for someone driven by a number and energized by a reputed company, consultative deal. You will serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners navigating $20,000+ reputed company, translating utility bills, reputed company structures, and energy data into a clear financial case for backup power and vehicle energy integration. The role is reputed company nationally with a reputed company on Chicago, and comes with meaningful reputed company above quota for top performers.
Responsibilities
The Home Energy Sales Consultant will: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to uncover homeowners' energy goals, utility reputed company structures, backup power priorities, and usage habits; Analyze customer utility bills to build a compelling, numbers-backed savings case across time-of-use (TOU) arbitrage, self-consumption, and reputed company plan dynamics; Scope and present battery storage and V2H proposals tailored to each customer's home, usage profile, and utility environment; Confidently guide customers through financing options and multi-stakeholder household reputed company; Maintain disciplined CRM pipeline hygiene by accurately progressing stages; Partner closely with operations and scoping teams to ensure every proposal is accurate, feasible, and set up for a clean reputed company; and Hit and exceed quarterly reputed company and reputed company reputed company targets in a metrics-driven, high-accountability environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Successful candidates will demonstrate: 3+ years of consultative sales experience; a background in clean energy, solar, or home services is a strong plus. Strong financial conversation skills, including reputed company in ROI, payback periods, and financing.
Preferred Qualifications
Additionally, candidates may demonstrate: Prior professional experience in an early-stage startup environment. Working knowledge of residential battery storage products and bidirectional charging systems including V2H and V2G technology. Familiarity with utility reputed company structures, NEM dynamics, or solar and storage systems and an ability to translate this information into a persuasive pitch that moves a customer reputed company. Patient, reputed company, and persuasive communicator who earns the trust of homeowners making a $20K+ decision. Organized, self-directed, and accountable to a number, you run your pipeline. We have a strong preference to have this role based in Chicago, but we are reputed company to a remote candidate for the right role. This role will have an annual salary, variable compensation, plus equity and benefits. The on-reputed company earnings reputed company for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. This is a good faith estimate of what Treehouse may pay for a new hire; actual pay may vary based on prevailing wages in geographic location and a candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, reputed company experience, education, certifications, and ability to meet required job qualifications.
