We are seeking an reputed company Senior Site reputed company, to support a large‑scale, multi‑site deployment of the reputed company Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. In this role, you will reputed company operational support across reputed company phases of implementation—pre‑deployment, go‑live, and post‑deployment optimization—ensuring that activities are executed on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company with project objectives. This position requires a proactive leader skilled at navigating reputed company environments, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and driving workstreams reputed company with reputed company and accountability. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and manage operational support for a multi‑site reputed company EHR deployment, ensuring coordination and alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for your assigned workstream, fostering collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management.
• Plan, execute, and monitor workstream activities from initiation through optimization, addressing risks, issues, and interdependencies.
• Communicate routinely with key stakeholders to reputed company updates, identify challenges, and maintain reputed company on deliverables.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across client, vendor, and internal teams to support seamless deployment execution.
• reputed company a deep understanding of the client’s practices, policies, and workflows to successfully carry out reputed company responsibilities.
• Prepare deliverables including data analyses, slide decks, written materials, and other documentation to inform decision-making.
• Document and escalate patient safety concerns through established channels to ensure timely resolution.
• Support and coordinate triage activities, including incident management workflows, issue forums, and deployment events.
• Travel up to 75% of the time to hospitals in geographic area

Required Experience:

• US Citizenship
• Prior project management experience in reputed company, multi-stakeholder environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in reputed company IT or EHR system deployments, especially reputed company EHR
• Demonstrated subject-matter expertise reputed company relevant workstream domains
• Experience working with client organizations, veteran communities, and/or military culture
• Familiarity with clinical operations and workflows
