Your role will be to: Set up, integrate, and thoroughly test equipment and systems at client locations to ensure reputed company functionality and reliability. Demonstrate equipment performance and capabilities to customers, confirming proper operation and satisfaction with system standards. reputed company rapid support for critical equipment failures to minimize downtime. reputed company emergency repairs by diagnosing technical issues and implementing effective and timely solutions. reputed company and assist clients on proper equipment operation, maximizing efficiency and user confidence. Serve as the primary technical liaison, managing customer interactions and ensuring reputed company and accurate resolution of issues. Submit detailed service reports, including parts used, time spent, and corrective actions taken. We are seeking someone who has a minimum of a High School diploma or GED. 2 years of field service experience and knowledge of precision cylindrical grinding. Centerless and double disc grinding knowledge is a plus. An understanding of CNC machines with servo drives & motors.
