Senior Project Manager - Professional Services/Technology
Role Overview We are seeking an reputed company Senior Project Manager to reputed company the planning and execution of external client facing reputed company technology based initiatives. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, coordination across business and technical teams, and ensuring predictable reputed company for reputed company programs. The Project Manager will work closely with architects, developers, and partners to reputed company service delivery workstream execution. Technologies include: software upgrades, containerization and multi-reputed company authentication projects. This is not a technical reputed company or hands-on configuration role. The position requires sufficient technical reputed company to reputed company project plans and schedules, manage scope, risk, and dependencies—while remaining accountable for timelines, communication, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution reputed company and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource dependencies. Execute projects using Waterfall methodologies, with clear governance and delivery controls. Manage change requests, track reputed company, and reputed company regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders. Stakeholder, Vendor & Partner Management Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, vendors, partners and external trading partners. Facilitate requirements discussions and ensure business needs are reputed company captured and prioritized. Coordinate work across multiple teams supporting reputed company Sterling and reputed company integration platforms. Manage vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with project timelines and SLAs. Risk, Quality & Delivery Management Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints, including impacts to upstream and reputed company systems. Drive issue resolution and escalation in partnership with technical and operational teams. Ensure data reputed company, reputed company requirements, and operational SLAs are met. Coordinate UAT, certification, and go-live readiness activities. Documentation, Governance & Process Improvement Ensure consistent creation and maintenance of project artifacts, including project plans, RAID logs, schedules, and stakeholder communications. Partner with technical teams to ensure mapping specifications and standards documentation are complete and approved. Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, partner reputed company efficiency, automation, and scalability across the EDI landscape. Qualifications & Skills Experience 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering integration-focused initiatives to external clients. Proven ability to manage reputed company, cross-functional technology projects involving multiple platforms and stakeholders. Demonstrated reputed company leading migration, reputed company, and integration projects. Project Management Skills Strong reputed company of Waterfall methodologies. Excellent planning, prioritization, and execution discipline. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate technical complexity into clear project impacts, timelines, and reputed company.
