Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, curious, and self-motivated Business Development & Sales Sr. Director to join our growing team. In this high-impact, individual contributor role, you will own and execute the sales strategy for key named accounts in Canada including resellers. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across product, marketing, and leadership to drive reputed company growth, manage client relationships, and exceed ambitious sales targets. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a reputed company field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of proven reputed company in B2B sales leadership, ideally in technology or telecommunications. Strong familiarity with broadband, cable, or reputed company technologies is preferred. Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and deliver results. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Compensation

Compensation is based on individual qualifications, including experience, education, and reputed company set with an annual reputed company compensation of CAD$244,975 to CAD $326,000. This is our first position in Canada and we are in the process of determining other benefits.
