Project Manager-Short Term

About the position This role is a 6-month position, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional projects that support the mission, strategic priorities, and operational effectiveness of Camino Health Center. This role partners closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure initiatives are planned, executed, and completed successfully, reputed company to established scope, timeline, and cost requirements. Responsibilities

• reputed company the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of multiple reputed company projects
• reputed company and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs
• Manage project risks and issues; proactively escalate concerns reputed company needed
• Ensures project plans and deliverables are reputed company with clinical and operational workflows, including EHR processes, care team roles, and patient reputed company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, reputed company administration, business, or a reputed company field
• 2 years project management experience
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities
• Experience presenting to leadership audiences
