CNA Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator (Remote) reputed company Staffing Company reputed company Staffing Company is seeking a motivated, high-energy CNA Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a remote, relationship-driven role focused on reputed company and placing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in reputed company facilities. Schedule
- Part-Time: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Full-Time (Performance-Based): Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation
- $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
- Commission Structure (Can earn upwards of an additional $500+ per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and reputed company CNAs for placement
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails daily
- Build and maintain relationships with CNAs and reputed company clients
- Fill reputed company shifts quickly and reputed company
- Maintain consistent communication with active staff
- reputed company partnerships with CNA schools and training programs
- Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events
- Track candidate activity and performance metrics
