Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple mechanical construction or design‑build projects from reputed company through closeout
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and field partners
- reputed company and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- reputed company scope, quality, cost control, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and construction teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Review reputed company, change orders, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Proactively resolve issues reputed company to schedule, design coordination, or field execution
- Track project performance and report status to leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in mechanical construction, HVAC, design‑build, or reputed company construction disciplines
- Experience managing reputed company or industrial projects (e.g., distribution, manufacturing, reputed company, life sciences, cold storage, or similar)
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, scheduling, and cost controls
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
- Proficiency with common project management, scheduling, and financial tracking tools
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a reputed company field preferred (or equivalent experience)
