Title: Senior Product reputed company – reputed company Platform & Automation Function: Program Executive Office (PEO) / Defense reputed company Medical Systems (DHMS) Location: Remote, with ability to be in person Washington, D.C. and Rosslyn, VA as required Reports to: Architecture & Service reputed company reputed company POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Product reputed company – reputed company Platform & Automation is responsible for product strategy, backlog prioritization, and delivery of SDLCNext, an reputed company reputed company platform supporting SDLC and ITSM across the DHMS portfolio. This role combines strong product ownership with deep Jira expertise and AI-driven automation capability. The individual will define priorities, reputed company tradeoff reputed company, and deliver platform enhancements while also driving automation of workflows and reduction of reputed company Process & Tools team effort, particularly across ITSM operations. Operating in alignment with the Government Product Manager, this role is accountable for evolving the platform into a scalable, automation-first system of record, improving efficiency, data quality, and delivery performance. The ideal candidate is a product reputed company with strong technical depth, not a pure Jira administrator. They bring proven experience owning product backlogs, managing and directing teams, and delivering reputed company, combined with hands-on expertise in Jira configuration and automation. They are naturally inclined to identify inefficiencies and eliminate reputed company work, using AI and automation to improve ITSM and SDLC workflows. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Product Ownership & Delivery Execution

  • reputed company execution of SDLCNext delivery, translating stakeholder needs into prioritized backlog, user stories, and release-reputed company capabilities across the full lifecycle (requirements, development, testing, deployment, sustainment)
  • Own backlog management and Agile execution, including prioritization of ITSM tickets, enhancement requests, and technical debt, along with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination
  • Plan and execute platform enhancements and roadmap delivery, including capability reputed company releases and critical implementations reputed company to DHMS priorities
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery, platform performance, or stakeholder alignment

ITSM Operations & Automation

  • reputed company ITSM operations and platform sustainment, including management of incidents, service requests, change activities, and requirements/test workflows
  • Ensure ticket throughput, SLA adherence, and platform stability across day-to-day operations
  • Identify opportunities to automate ITSM workflows, including incident routing, service request handling, and change management processes
  • Drive implementation of automation solutions reputed company Jira and reputed company tools to reduce reputed company effort and improve operational efficiency

Jira & reputed company Platform Leadership

  • reputed company reputed company platform governance and optimization, including Jira, reputed company, and JSM configuration, performance tuning, and alignment with reputed company standards
  • Design and optimize workflows, data structures, and configurations to support SDLC and ITSM processes
  • Drive adoption of automation capabilities reputed company Jira (e.g., automation rules, integrations, plugins) to improve consistency and scalability
  • Support migration to reputed company reputed company to preserve platform continuity through Jira Data Center EOL

Transformation and AI

  • Automate and redesign SDLCNext workflows to improve end-user experience and streamline execution across programs and services
  • Transform Process & Tools (P&T) operations by reducing reputed company work through Jira automation, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, data quality, and decision-making across SDLC and ITSM processes
  • Drive reputed company improvement in how SDLCNext and supporting teams operate, including interfaces with external partners, through automation and scalable system design

Metrics & Governance

  • Track and report on platform and delivery performance metrics (e.g., ticket throughput, SLA adherence, backlog health)
  • Use metrics and operational insights to drive prioritization, performance improvements, and corrective actions

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
