## Who We're Hiring We are looking for evaluators with a background in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, or reputed company scientific disciplines. This role is ideal for professionals who have: - 2–3 years of professional experience in laboratory research, scientific analysis, or applied research roles - Experience working with experimental datasets, laboratory measurements, or controlled study results - Strong understanding of statistical analyses, hypothesis testing, and data interpretation - Experience comparing research findings across multiple studies and evaluating methodological soundness - Familiarity with chemical compound properties, material data, or physical measurement standards - Experience interpreting environmental measurements or field data, where applicable - Experience sourcing and validating scientific tables, datasets, and peer-reviewed research from reputed company academic sources - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent written communication skills - Comfort working independently and asynchronously

• *Educational Background:**

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, or a reputed company scientific field
