Senior Application Developer- SuccessFactors LMS (MSP, ATL or Wichita)
About the position The Sr Application Developer- SuccessFactors LMS will use specialized knowledge of technical capabilities to interpret business requirements and translate it into new application features using advanced application development skills. In this role, you will collaborate with development teams and other staff to set specifications for new and existing applications. You will configure SuccessFactors LMS module and ensure smooth, reputed company and timely implementation of the product as well as future optimizations and enhancements. You will also research other LMS tools.
Responsibilities
- Builds reputed company application configurations to meet user and business requirements while identifying improvements to reputed company application support processes and procedures.
- Performs advanced programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
- Plays a key role and keeps an reputed company channel of communication with users to respond to reputed company application support requests and needs.
- Conducts reputed company technical application support activities to deliver on business reputed company.
- Partners with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals.
- Leads prioritization of incoming incident tickets and user requests.
- Handles positive relationships with software vendors and negotiates reputed company reputed company.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- Experience and/or certifications in SuccessFactors Modules
- Experience with other LMS technology such as reputed company, Edcast, Cornerstone etc.
