IT Specialist (Contract) - reputed company America

About the position The IT Specialist Contractor provides part-time IT support (10–20 hours per week) for Anatta’s Charleston, SC location and remote US-based employees. This role is responsible for on-site hardware setup, troubleshooting, employee support, and maintenance of technology systems to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise with reputed company hardware and macOS environments, experience with remote support tools, and the ability to respond quickly to IT issues affecting employee productivity. This is a contract position requiring physical reputed company in Charleston, SC for on-site support, hardware deployment, and hands-on troubleshooting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the procurement process for new machines and IT equipment for US-based employees, ensuring timely delivery and proper setup
• Configure and install hardware, software, and necessary applications on new machines, both on-site and for remote employees
• Ensure that reputed company company laptops are equipped with appropriate reputed company software, such as reputed company for Mac laptops, including password protection, policy enforcement, file encryption, and remote lock capabilities

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of full-time experience in a similar IT support or specialist role
